FLORAL CARE TIPS

Trim the stems
Cut about ½ inch off the bottom of each stem at an angle before placing them in water. This helps the flowers absorb water more efficiently.

Fresh water is key
Place your flowers in clean, room-temperature water as soon as possible. Change the water every 2 days to keep bacteria from building up.

Keep them cool
Avoid placing flowers in direct sunlight, near heaters, or in drafty areas. Flowers last longer in cool, shaded spaces.

Remove fading blooms
Gently remove any wilted flowers or leaves to help the rest of the arrangement stay fresh and vibrant.

Use flower food properly
Do not add the whole flower food packet at once. Use about one-third of the packet each time you change the water. If you run out or weren’t provided with any, you can add a small spoon of sugar to the water as a simple substitute to help nourish the blooms.

EVERY FLOWER IS UNIQUE

Not all flowers are the same — they come in different shapes, sizes, and shades depending on the variety and the season. This means that no two arrangements are ever exactly alike.

Some blooms may open sooner, last longer, or look slightly different from the photo — and that’s perfectly natural. It’s a reminder that nature is beautifully unpredictable, and every bouquet we create carries its own story, just like the person receiving it.

DO I LEAVE MY BOUQUET IN IT'S WRAPPING?

We recommend leaving the wrapping on if that’s your preferred look. Wrapped bouquets are designed to make a visual impact, and the wrap adds to their presentation and charm.

To keep your flowers fresh while keeping them wrapped:

  • Gently trim the stems at an angle.

  • Place the bouquet in a clean vase with fresh water.

  • Change the water daily to help extend the life of the flowers.

If you choose to unwrap the bouquet, that’s okay too — just be sure to:

  • Remove all wrapping carefully.

  • Trim the stems again and place them in water right away.

  • Keep the flowers in a cool place, out of direct sunlight and heat.

With either method, proper care will help your flowers stay vibrant longer.
